The cutiting-off and grinding wheels produced in ZAI AD are made of alluminium oxide or silicon carbide, reinforced with finest fiberglass nets and are resind bonded.
The produced tools are for cutting and grinding of various metal as well as non-metal materials used on hand-held or stationary machines with peripheral speeds up to 80m/sec.
Every wheel produced in ZAI is strictily produced according to the EN 12413.
Our product range includes reinforced cutting-off wheels 50 – 400 mm and grinding discs 100 – 230 mm.
The following wheel types are available:
- Type 41 – Flat cutting-off wheels.
- Type 42 – Depressed center cutting-off wheels.
- Type 27 – Depressed center grindign wheels.
